Port Surprises

Walking up and down the main street last Wednesday evening waiting for the cultural plan consultation to start. Enjoyed seeing the casual friendly interaction between a shop keeper with his young son closing up with someone on the street. Peeked through the fence at Red Point Artists and admired some of the architecture whilst noting lots of boarded up frontages.

Stumbled on Duck Print studio and was delighted to be invited in. We admired some of the beautiful prints and the stories behind some of the prints. It was a great preview to meeting with some dedicated members of thePort community at the consutlation
